Origin Property indicates that the real estate market at the end of 2021 is showing signs of vibrancy, responding to the LTV unlock measures by showcasing 18 projects of ready-to-move-in and pre-sale condos in prime locations across Bangkok and the EEC. Mr. Apisit Sunthornchukiat, Co-CEO of Origin Condominium Co., Ltd., a developer of the Smart Condominium group under Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), stated that the Bank of Thailand (BOT) announced an adjustment to the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio for housing purchase contracts from the second property onwards from 70-90% to 100%. This measure, effective from October 20, 2021, to December 31, 2022, is expected to stimulate the real estate market and consumer purchasing decisions at the end of the year.
